1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lab Today BD's website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Lab Today BD provides a digital platform for:

• Searching and booking diagnostic medical tests and health packages
• Scheduling home sample collection services
• Accessing and managing digital diagnostic reports
• Online appointment and booking management

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation notification via SMS or call from our team. Bookings made through the website are subject to availability and team confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a service fee. Contact us at 01720-790366 for cancellations.

3.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to be present during a scheduled home collection without prior cancellation may result in a missed visit charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely. Lab Today BD does not store card details.

5. Home Collection Services

• Home collection is currently available across select areas of Dhaka only.
• A home collection service fee of ৳150 or more may apply based on location.
• The patient or a responsible adult must be present at the time of collection.
• Lab Today BD technicians carry official identification and sterile equipment.
• In rare circumstances, we may reschedule appointments due to unforeseen events — we will notify you immediately.

6. Reports and Medical Accuracy

Lab Today BD reports are generated by certified diagnostic equipment and reviewed by qualified professionals. While we strive for the highest accuracy, reports are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a licensed medical practitioner. Lab Today BD is not responsible for medical decisions made solely based on our reports without professional consultation.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and health information during booking
• Follow preparation instructions provided for each test (e.g., fasting)
• Be present at the scheduled time for home collection
• Use our platform and services for lawful purposes only
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

Lab Today BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including reliance on diagnostic reports without professional medical consultation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lab Today BD website — including text, design, logos, images, and software — is the intellectual property of Lab Today BD. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
